Where can I receive my order?

You can choose either to send it to an address of your choice or to our SonicPro Store for collection.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Click & Collect: 3 hours after your payment has been confirmed 
Home Delivery: Standard home delivery takes 3-5 working days

Do you offer international delivery?

No, we do not offer international delivery at the moment.

Yes you may track your order at our third party logistics partner's website: www.ninjavan.co

What is the home delivery process?

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once the item is on the way to you, our third party logistics agent will send you a text message to inform you of your delivery

What is the Click & Collect process?

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Regardless of your chosen date of collection, your order will be ready for collection 3 hours after the order. To collect your order, you may proceed to Concierge located at 1 Harbourfront Walk, Singapore.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

You will need to bring along the order confirmation as well as the credit card you used to make the purchase of the order.

How long will SonicPro hold my order?

For Click & Collect: Your orders will be stored with us for a maximum of 14 days from your payment date. Orders uncollected after the 14th day will be automatically refunded to your mode of payment.
For Home Delivery: Your order amount will be refunded to you after the 3 failed attempts by our logistics partner.
